You may not use the test report for advertisement, promotion, or lawsuit without a prior consultation with our researchers.

You may reissue test report within 3 years from issuing date or original report.

In regard to test cancellation before completion, if test progress is under 20%, the test charge will be deducted by 20%. In other cases, the refund will be made after deducting the test charge depending on the progress.

If you fail to pay test charge within 3 weeks, sample and application will be disposed automatically.
